Eligibility
- Emerging Professionals: Individuals with less than two years of experience in health care recruitment.
- First-Time Conference Attendees: Applicants who have never attended a NAHCR Annual Conference.

Selection Process
The NAHCR Board of Directors reviews all applications submitted by the deadline. Scholarship recipient(s) are selected based on passion and potential in health care recruitment.
